This Refund Policy applies to all customers who have signed up for and paid for our services. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. RAIYAN IT AGENCY reserves the right to deny any refund request in cases of payment fraud, policy violations, or unethical conduct.
Eligibility for Refunds & Transfers
Refunds or transfers may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The advertiser provides accurate and complete information about their product and services when submitting campaigns for approval, including any prior suspension history on advertising platforms or with other agencies.
- The advertiser informs and obtains approval from RAIYAN IT AGENCY for any changes made to the product, service, advertising content, or creatives before launching campaigns.
- The advertiser does not violate any terms, rules, or policies set by the advertising platform (e.g., Facebook Advertising Policies).
- The advertiser deposits the full advertising budget and pays all associated fees prior to campaign launch.
- The advertiser complies with RAIYAN IT AGENCY’s Terms of Service.
- The advertiser has no prior payment disputes with RAIYAN IT AGENCY.
Policy Violation Handling
If RAIYAN IT AGENCY detects that:
- Different creatives or landing pages are used without approval, and/or
- The advertised content violates or is suspected to violate advertising platform policies,
RAIYAN IT AGENCY reserves the right to retain USD 50 as a penalty and refund the remaining balance (if any).
Refund Amount
The refundable amount includes only the remaining, unspent advertising budget.
The following are non-refundable:
- Ad credits or vouchers
- Rental fees or agency fees
- Taxes
- Any other incurred or processed costs
Payment Method
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used by the advertiser.
If the original payment method is unavailable:
- Additional verification or information may be required on a case-by-case basis
- RAIYAN IT AGENCY reserves the right to reject the refund request if the advertiser fails to comply
Processing Time
Refund processing may take 5–20 business days, depending on the payment method used.
